1. Dołączając do agencji akceptujesz niniejszy regulamin, a nieprzestrzeganie go, grozi konsekwencjami.
2. Zarząd zastrzega sobie prawo do możliwości zmiany regulaminu w dowolnej chwili. Wszyscy pracownicy zostaną powiadomieni o zmianach od razu po ich wprowadzeniu.
3. Zakazane jest prowokowanie innych pracowników oraz zaczynanie dram. Jeżeli macie prywatne problemy do siebie, najlepiej jest to wyjaśnić na dm. Nie chcemy, by na chacie do rozmowy zrobiła się niekomfortowa atmosfera.
4. Brak zgłoszonej aktywności, bądź chęci do niej, przez 2 tygodnie skutkuje ostrzeżeniem.
5. Zarząd ma prawo do wymierzenia wymiaru kary według własnego osądu, każdy przypadek jest rozstrzygany indywidualnie.
6. Formy kary to:
a) Ostrzeżenie
b) Przerwa od pracy na określony czas
c) Permanentne wyrzucenie z pracy
7. Osoby mające problemy z aktywnością proszone są o napisanie tego do kogokolwiek z zarządu. Można podać powód, lecz bardziej zależy nam na informacji, że przez jakiś czas nie będziesz aktywny, albo potrzebujesz urlopu.
8. Osoby nieaktywne, przez dłużej niż tydzień, a z ich strony jest brak jakiegokolwiek odzewu - mogą zostać wyrzucone.

1. By joining the agency, you accept these regulations. Failure to comply may result in consequences.
2. Management reserves the right to modify the regulations at any time. All employees will be notified of any changes as soon as they are implemented.
3. Provoking other employees and starting drama is strictly prohibited. If you have personal issues with someone, it’s best to resolve them via direct messages. We want to maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the chat.
4. Lack of reported activity or willingness to engage in it for 2 weeks results in a warning.
5. Management has the right to impose penalties at its own discretion, with each case being evaluated individually.
6. The types of penalties include:
a) Warning
b) Temporary suspension from work
c) Permanent termination
7. Employees facing activity issues are requested to inform any member of the management team. You may provide a reason, but the main priority is notifying us if you will be inactive for a period of time or need a leave of absence.
8. Employees who remain inactive for more than a week without any communication may be dismissed.
